We learned a ton and your breadth of knowledge was super helpful. Sorry if we seemed to pump you with 200 questions and tedious on detail. We really felt left hung out to dry by the remediation contractor back in January, had to educate ourselves to protect our Mom’s delicate health and figure out how to get the house back to a healthy condition for her, and so a knowledgeable source like you, in person and on the scene, was a great opportunity for us to grab every shred of knowledge we could. Anyhow, we are very glad to have someone like you now to keep us on track.

Thank you so much for all of your guidance and for spotting the improper treatment applications that were being conducted within my home. I am having this work done to avoid mold related illnesses, but without your diligence, I fear that I still would have continued to hospitalized after the work’s completion because the work would not have been done right. Also, I would have been out of a sizable sum of money to boot. So, thanks. You’ve been a god-send!
